Building your dream home is a journey. Here is a look at what it takes to build a custom home in the Poconos:
- Pre-Construction: Lot selection, site analysis, and custom architectural design.
- Permitting & Approvals: Navigating local Poconos regulations and obtaining all necessary building permits.
- Foundation & Framing: Groundbreaking, foundation pouring, and the exciting moment your home's skeleton takes shape.
- Exterior & Systems: Roofing, siding, windows, and the installation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Interior Finishing: Insulation, drywall, custom cabinetry, flooring, and all the personal touches that make it yours.
- Final Walkthrough & Move-in: The moment you receive your keys and start your new legacy.
It takes approximately 6 months to 8 months from start to finish; weather permitting and based on material availabilty.
