Founder Dimitrios Zahariadis has spent more than 26 years building custom homes, including over 16 years throughout the Pocono Mountains. His experience building in Pike, Wayne, and surrounding counties has given him extensive knowledge of the area's communities, terrain, building requirements, and the details that make mountain homes both beautiful and functional.

Over the years, he has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building homes designed to stand the test of time.
 

In 2018, Dimitrios' daughter, Athena Zahariadis, became a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor®. After several years in real estate, she joined Excell Homes full-time in 2020, bringing another layer of service to the company. Her background in real estate allows her to help clients through every stage of the building process—from finding the right land and discussing floor plans to selecting finishes and staying connected throughout construction.
 

Together, Dimitrios and Athena offer clients something many builders cannot: a true father-and-daughter team that remains personally involved from the first conversation, to the day the keys are handed over, and long after you move in.
