At Excell Homes Inc., we believe building a home should feel personal from the very beginning.

For more than 25 years, my father has been building homes throughout the Poconos region of Pennsylvania. What began as a homebuilding business has grown into a father-and-daughter team committed to helping families create homes that fit the way they truly live.

My father brings decades of hands-on construction experience, craftsmanship, and knowledge of the building process. I bring the client-focused side of the business—helping guide communication, design selections, organization, contracts, and the many details that come with building a new home.

As a licensed real estate agent, I can also help clients before, during, and even after they build. For clients who are still looking for the right place to build, I help evaluate properties and identify land that fits both their vision and their budget. Choosing land is one of the most important parts of the process because factors such as wetlands, bedrock, slope, access, utilities, and community requirements can affect what can be built, the project timeline, and overall costs.

A beautiful piece of land may not always be the right piece of land for the home you envision. Our experience in both real estate and construction helps clients look beyond the view and better understand the practical details that matter before moving forward.

At Excell Homes, we build stick-built homes. This means each home is constructed directly on-site, piece by piece, using traditional framing methods. Unlike a modular home that is built in sections at a factory and transported to the property, a stick-built home is built on your land from the foundation up.

This approach gives homeowners greater flexibility to personalize their home—from layout and room sizes to finishes, cabinetry, exterior details, and the features that matter most to their family.
